Community Outreach Meeting concerning Ashby and North Berkeley BART Stations

At the upcoming community meeting on Monday, February 8th at 6pm regarding the creation of zoning and development standards for the Ashby and North Berkeley BART station, we want to reach out to businesses in the Lorin who may be doing business in proximity to the Ashby station.

This planning effort is building on the work already completed as part of the Adeline Corridor Specific Plan, with a specific focus on the Ashby BART station site.

There are specific discussions about the types of uses that would be permitted at each station, including retail and commercial, so the views of area merchants on this are most welcome.

Help the city identify merchants who may be willing to post an informational poster (link below) about the community meeting at their business. We all know foot traffic is pretty low these days, but any help we can get with getting the word out is very welcome.
