Tracy is former Executive Director of San Francisco Community Land Trust, and now lives and works out of Berkeley. She can share the different types of coop ownership and building types BACLT focus on, and how residents are involved.  

Liza Malm, co-Founder, Addison Court Housing Cooperative 

Liza is a Berkeley resident since the 1970s. She is a photographer, gardener, and 25 year founder/Board member at ACHC, a 10 member limited equity coop on Addison Street in West Berkeley, She raised her daughter there and has been active in the neighborhood.  She will share on history,  maintenance, governance --- challenges and benefits to their partnership with the Northern California Community Land Trust   https://nclt.org/
