She can share the different types of coop ownership and building types BACLT focus on, and how residents are involved.Liza Malm, co-Founder, Addison Court Housing CooperativeLiza is a Berkeley resident since the 1970s. She is a photographer, gardener, and 25 year founder/Board member at ACHC, a 10 member limited equity coop on Addison Street in West Berkeley, She raised her daughter there and has been active in the neighborhood.
